Great, great story that is both heartwrenching and hopeful. Kakashi and Iruka are together and have been for 6 months when Iruka finds that he needs surgery for a brain tumor. Due to the surgery he loses a years worth of memory unfortunately that includes Kakashi. Iruka refuses to believe Kakashi when he tells him since no one else knew. Kakashi vows to win him again. This is where it gets heart breaking because there is nothing worse then having the one you love look at you with no recognition. Maybe this just hit me so hard because I recently lost my mother to dementia and there is nothing that can hurt you more then have a loved one look at you like a stranger. Kakashi tries his best and there are several twist just when you think they are going to work something out. Iruka is at a disadvantage because he feels that Kakashi will never accept him because he is not the man he was before. It is a sad tale about love lost, friendship and love gained.

Great crossover story between Harry Potter and Death Note. Harry is in the wrong place at the right time to run into L while in Japan. He becomes fascinated by the detective to the point where he decides to help him against Light and the shinigami. It turns out that as the Master of Death he is immune to the power of the Deathnote and the shinigami are aware of him. He eventually tells L the truth about the wizarding world and the relationship deepens. Harry is determined to prevent Light from killing L and ropes in Hermione to help.

I try not to reccomend stories that I am sure will never be completed but this is a great story at over 150,000 words and the ending is consistent where most stories would break for a new story anyway. In this story Harry is over 6,000 years old a master vampire unable to die and he is tired. He decides the only way he can die is if he goes back into time before he becomes a vampire and maybe save a few people along the way. One thing to understand is Harry is not exactly sane living that long would make anybody a little strange. He decides the only way to take control of his life is to become a Dark Lord at the age of 8. He begins by tricking Lucius Malfoy into believing he is Voldemort in Harry's body and it just goes crazy from there. The story is funny with a definite dark edge and I hope someday the author goes back to it or puts it up for adoption for someone to finish because there is a lot of potential there.

Great story in which snarky Spike comes across a hurt Xander and decides to take care of him. More because he is bored and lonely then any real desire to save him. Slowly he comes to realize just what treasure he has and begins to sneakily make him his consort. There are some twists and turns and Buffy proves how much of an idiot she can be before there is a happy ending. The buildup sex scenes are very good, the one with the knife is awesomely hot. I like the characterization of Angel in this one. He shows that he still cares about his Childe something that Spike badly needs.

Awesome story one that I read some time ago and lately found. I have been saying that alot lately haven't I. I am going through old files and sorting them and this is one of the stories I downloaded. In this story Xander and Spike are brought together when Xander is finally fed up with Buffy's behavior. They realize fairly quickly that something is going on that something turns out to be an old spell that is flaring up. There is action galore, very descriptive and very hot sex scenes and very complicated relationships among the Scoobies and family. I like the way the relationship develops between Spike and Xander and it shows both sides to a relationship good and bad. There is no instant fix and Xander's reaction to his possible immortality is heartbreaking. The reason for the spell is almost as bad but the ending is great and the story is worth rereading.

Great, great story one that I had forgotten about but stumbled upon today. It is a cross between Gundam Wing and SG1. one of the things I like about this story is that the two worlds are merged seamlessly something a lot of stories strive for but do not always succeed at. Daniel is kidnapped (no surprise there) and ends up escaping with a fellow prisoner Duo Maxwell. The story moves quickly and what they do to the Tokra is hilarious. It is only mild yaoi with the usual pairings Heero/Duo, Quatre/Trowa, Wufei/Sally. An enjoyable read and a relatively new take on the guys of Gundam Wing.
