This takes place in the time skip and it is all due to a bet. Tsunade bets Asuma that Kakashi can turn Iruka into a Jounin in two months. No one least of all those two expected a romance. This is not a jump into bed and fuck like bunnies those some of those are good as well. It is broken into 3 parts, the first part is funny, the middle is horrible (torture scenes), and the last part is the mushy scenes. An all around good story.

sometimes iruka flirts back and sometimes he dosent
thats pretty much all i can remeber but i was hoping you could find it and post it on here
i knnow its a vague description but the only other thing i can think of is where i read it
